
| Dear Science Fair Exhibitor, You are invited to be an exhibitor at the 2012 Arizona Science and Engineering Fair (AzSEF). We have changed the schedule and set up for exhibitors this year to provide you the ultimate exposure to students and teachers. This will be a one day event from 7:30am – 2:00pm on Monday, April 2nd with the option to return at 4:30pm for the AzSEF sponsored Arizona Technology Council “After 5 Networking” social with Technology Council members and industry partners which will also be held in the exhibit area. The exhibit area is designed to provide you maximum exposure to students and teachers. Situated directly in the center of the exhibit area will be the lounge area where over 1200 students and teachers will be waiting from 8:00am - 10:00am for entrance into project area when open judging begins at 10:00am. From 10:00am till noon you will have the opportunity to visit directly with teachers and at noon, lunch for students and teachers will also be in the exhibit hall area providing you further exposure. Registrations and payment for the fair must be received by March 21 2012.
