| Hello, AzSEF offers three divisions to our students, based on their current grade level. Each division and their subsequent categories are judged independently with each division ending at different time. If you are only able to judge half a day or need to leave early, please select division that ends by the time you need to leave. Judging day begins April 3rd, 2012 at 8:00am with breakfast for our judges followed by a brief question and answer period. We ask our judges to be at the Phoenix Convention Center earlier to check in with us before 8:00 am, doors will open at 7:00 am. See complete schedule of events for further fair details. Elementary Division In this division you will be judging students in grades 5-6. Judging for this division will end at 12:00pm. Junior Division In this division you will be judging students in grades 7-8. Judging for this division will end at 2:30pm. Senior Division In this division you will be judging students in grades 9-12. Judging for this division will end at 5:00pm. We will do our best to place you in your selected division, however we cannot guarantee it; as we cannot accurately predict how many judges and how many projects will be registered in each division. If you need to leave by 12:00pm or 2:30pm, please check in 'I need to leave when I finish judging my division' box. | |
