There is a $10 registration fee for every participating student (not project).
Schools may choose to pay for their student registration fees during school registration. If school selects to pay for its students registration fees, they will be billed $10 per registered student (not project) regardless of the student's participation at the fair. You may cancel student/project registrations at any time before end of student registrations (see our deadlines) and not be billed for students registered under that project. Only teachers under which students are registered can cancel or request cancelation of student/project registration. No refunds or price breaks will be given at any time, under any circumstances. Once registration deadline has been reached, AzSEF will invoice all schools that have selected to pay for their students at a rate of $10 per every registered student under the school in question. Registration fee deadline does not apply to schools that have selected to pay for their students.
If school will not pay for its students registration fees, each student will be responsible for submitting a $10 online registration fee to us by our deadline. Once student/project is registered, a confirmation email will be send out with payment instructions. Any student that does not have registration fee submitted to us by our deadline will not have a spot reserved at the fair, thus the student will not be allowed to participate. There will NOT be an on-site payment option. No refunds or price breaks will be given at any time, under any circumstances.
